Stayed at this place, it’s more of a 1 star accommodation. No house keeping done although we requested on numerous times. NO security or working security cameras. We were robbed in our room while we slept. They took mostly everything but left our car. Got nothing in return, not even a discount for our traumatic experience. We have still not heard from Police about any updates. Avoid this place.
Very helpful manager. Allowed me a early check in and late check out to suit my flights. Stayed there twice and will stay again. Resort is older but clean and budget friendly. Rooms are basic but clean and nice with the pool view. All I needed. Close to shops.Rooms: 4/5
The rooms were clean and tidy. The price for the location was fantastic. They are undergoing renovations at the moment so can't wait to see what they will be like. The staff were wonderful and very helpful.Rooms: 4/5
Completely ripped off by this run down hole. Ideal location for rock spiders and creepy crawly males. However nothing near like the pictures and nothing at all like a resort. Perhaps the rainbow they are referring to is the variety of folks you encounter such as the local ice accident sifting through peoples items at night true story or the large pot of gold at the end which comes from your wallet. By the price I thought I was actually going to stay at a resort, charge over $180 a night however it literally is a dump, barely furnished and barely clean. Please be careful when considering this place.. even the local backpackers is nicer.
NO - Booked this so called "3star" resort through Jetstar hotels for a 1 night stopover. We walked in & walked straight back out! What an absolute dive. It is nothing like their website advertises. Not sure why people do this. The rooms are very basic & outdated. The restaurant & bar was used as a storage room. The car park was a hard rubbish dumping ground. I also think it might be used for emergency housing &/or rent by the hour establishment... Got a refund from Jetstar & suggested they take this hotel off their recommended listings!
1. The bath towels are very small and thin, 2. When taking a shower water comes out of the drain near the hand basin, 3. Only 1 chair for a room for 3 4. No undercover parking, first in gets a spot but the back of the vehicle is exposed and dripping aircon from above units leaves water marks on car, 5. On arrival no reception even though we booked weeks in advance, 6. No daily services 7. Laundry only open 9am to 4pm which does not allow for guests to attend who are busy through these times daily. 8. On arrival had to ring at reception that was closed and stood there for 14 minutes for someone to answer the phone and advised us to go to late check in key safe. Key wouldn't work told to rattle the door and jiggle the key. This worked. 9. Very small room for advertised and paid for a superior twin room.
The room was only half serviced once during a 5 night stay. Towels were not replaced, just picked up from the shower tray and draped over the shower rail to dry. There were 3 beds in there but only 2 cups and 1 spoon. Also, just the one chair in the room so we took one from outside. A microwave but no crockery or cutlery at all. The staff were pleasant and friendly, the pool was nice but we would not go back. You need to clean the rooms, and definitely change the towels. Sorry
Disgusting. Checked in today New Years eve and checked out less than 10 minutes later due to a family emergency. We paid $230 for the night and they refused to give us a refund given our circumstances. Not to mention, the room was filthy, full of mould and smelt like cigarettes. I wouldn’t even let my dogs stay here. Reception staff are disgustingly rude and have no respect for anyone.
No reception service after midday on Saturdays, none Sundays. Booked online and paid for a room. When contacting reception for access to the room, was told that an extra $100 deposit would be required and held with a credit card charge on top of what I've already paid. Would have been nice to know this before I booked and paid.
Had an excellent stay at the resort and the staff couldn’t do enough to help. Very accomodating and always greeted with a smile. The room was very comfortable and the laundry facilities and pool were a welcome change from other places I have stayed. I would highly recommend a stay here.
