I had acrylics refilled yesterday and when I arrived home I realised that every nail had nail colour underneath my finger nails. Looks hideous. On returning today I was rudely told to come back in 2 hours. When I tried to explain to a young guy it was for repairs from yesterday he totally ignored me as did every other staff member in the room. I understand they are busy, but so am I. I have been going to this salon to have my fingers and toes nails done every 3 weeks for several months. I will not be returning. I got nails that looked like plastic and were $50, I asked to get redone and they said I would have to pay another $60. What is this, I was very unhappy and it looks so bad. Great at the end result when you finally get there. We made a booking for two people first manicure and pedicure however they misunderstood for the booking to be one person. That didn't bother me as much as having to wait for the walk ins to finish. Waited half-hour after the booked time before they started on us. I didn't get a manicure in the end because we ran out of time and had to go

I went today for a full set of acrylics, I've gotten my nails done a lot at many salons and since the procedure is very similar or even the same, I know how it works.  After applying the acrylic powder over the extensions, the lady took a nail file and started to file my nails on the sides, it felt like my skin was burning and she was not minding the skin around my nail bed, it hurt so much and she kept telling me to relax my hand.  Later she started to file from the top down, pushing my nail down which actually caused me to look at my friend next to me with an excruciating face because of how much she was pushing my own nail into my nail bed.  I have gotten my nails done here many times before but this time she charged me $65 due to my "nail length" when all the times before it was a much cheaper price.  I was very disappointed in this appointment and the quality is inconsistent, sometimes I get bumps in my nails or dried up polish around my fingers!

I always go here but on Sunday I got my nails done as normal. My nails have been filed so short past my skin and on the sides that I can’t even touch things my fingers are in so much pain. My nails were fine and at the end of the treatment the lady told me I needed a break because they were red. I told her they weren’t like that before. I had a new girl remove my nails then another one took over and re drilled my nails and filed again 3rd time my nail beds with the sns on top are so sore. This is now day three. My cuticles are all swollen and sore. Normally I go here, and it’s never been a issue. Thanks for destroying my whole 10 fingers.
