Great Service, couldn’t fault it. This was my first time to the salon, and was hesitant based on previous reviews, but I’m glad I went. I’ve realised that bad feedback will always outweigh good feedback in this day and age of technology. I got a Shellac pedicure and SNS manicure and they were both done professionally, just the way I wanted it. Thank you so much. I’ll definitely be coming back

Negative experience each time
Unfortunately. Nail artists rough and rude ignoring customers while they giggle and chat in their own language. Staff swapp around took 3 nail artists taking turns to do a bit each just to apply a shalack colour. Poor uneven application bubbled and peeled off with in few hours of leaving shop manager blamed it on my colour choice as being the reason. Truth is they proceeded to scrape the last dry bit out the bottle rather than open a new bottle.
Eye lash artist BAR does a good job in 45 min but once your eyes are taped shut sneekly swaps your booking with a student who takes over 90 min.
NO APPOLOGY given or explanation and they still charge $80 - 90 preferring cash to EFTPOS.
When I purposefully book an appointment with a professional in particular I expect that same person to complete the start to finish application and the price to be stable not what ever they decide on the day.
Never going back
No loyalty and little respect for their customers.

Most disgusting service ever. 3 different staff did my nails. 1of the staff cut me badly with the drill. The oldest lady Doh can’t did such an uneven job that within a week 5 nails had cracks and chips. I went back to get them fixed and she told me it was my fault and went to break my nails where the cracks where and I had to direct her to sook them off as it’s not my nails it’s the SNS on top. She acts like she is the boss and won’t give out anyone highers number. 
Minh the young girl with the glasses does a great job and nails last 4-5weeks. 
However never going back.

I knew this place was not very good however I was in the area, needed to get my shellac removed and thought how badly could it turn out. Just absolutely terrible - all 3 workers had a go at my nails and every single one was hopeless - and the boss lady is the WORST!
