Radio Rental has provide exceptional customer service over the 10 years I have been a royal customer to them. I love the friendly staff who have always listen and quick to sort out any issues I have over the years. I’m giving 4 starts for there ongoing customer service and satisfaction for convincing provided to means I love it.

I’ve been with this Service for over 4 Years ongoing.... & I personally can say That All! Staff whom I get along with are Helpful, Supprtive & Always give me best Options available as well as Apliance Servicing & Repairs etc.... 9/10 overall for Punctuality, Follow ups & Understanding... Grrreat Job Guys!...

Sent the contract back for the $1 buyout, no response at all. Called them and they got the email but not the attachment... Told them I have proof it was sent but they took another payment anyway. The lady told me she will have a manager call me first thing the next day to refund my money less the $1 payout and yet I've had nothing. I'm going to request a recharge for the money I'm so sick of dealing with them after I've been a customer for years, they can't even organise a refund for something I should own by now! Edit - they called and have credited the money to my account. I still have to go in to have it refunded but at least the contract is cancelled and they were really nice about it.

Worst appliance rental company I have ever encountered in the 3 countries. Tried to make me jump through hoops to rent appliances from them for over a week, then demanded 3 references to complete the application after I gave them 2 references even though we moved to Melbourne from overseas 2 months earlier!! Their CSR (Siri) who I dealt with at their Northland location was fantastic and very personable. I got totally fed up, called Click on Rentals...got approved 20 min later and got the appliances delivered next morning. NEVER RENT FROM THEM...THEY ARE RIDICULOUS!!
