I have dealt with Mae now on two occasions over three years buying multiple appliances. Her professionalism, personal touch and knowledge is 5 star. That is why I went back the second time because she is outstanding. In fact, all of Camberwell Electrics staff are wonderful. Great service and prices.

Camberwell Electrics were the only company I contacted who were the slightest bit interested in actually providing a service and it was by far the cheapest quote on getting an airconditioner sold and installed. They were about 30% cheaper than other companies. They came when they said they would, delivered on time and the installers did a great job. What more could one ask!

Very disappointing service. My experience left me feeling that nobody actually wanted to do their job. Was quoted over $5000 worth of aircon product - which was a fair quote. However, I called several times over a three day period chasing up when a site inspection would take place. Initially it was to happen on 'day 2' and told I would be called back for an arrival time. Never heard back. I called back end of business on 'day 2' and was told that it would happen on 'day 3'. I called back late morning on 'day3' and told it would happen on that day, and that I would be called back with the details. Never received the call back. I followed up with another phone call, and was brushed off with a 'they should have arrived by now, I'll find out what's going on and call you back'. Never received a call back and I'm still waiting for the site inspection. Clearly not interested in a $5000+ sale.

We are so grateful to have met Mae at Camberwell Electrics. With so many choices involved in a home renovation, Mae knew exactly how to direct us to what we liked and needed. We are very happy with our integrated refrigerator and wine fridge. Mae's approach is both stress free and fast ! Perfect !

I dealt with Mae and we had a very time pressured and somewhat complicated set of challenges to fit out my new Kitchen. Mae was just amazing. Extremely professional, gave me excellent advice, and managed the complexities superbly. I felt like she cared very much about me and what would work best in my situation and also be most cost effective. She was very calming in a time pressured selection. Thank you Mae, a superb job and I sincerely appreciate your helpfulness.
