Any-one can sell a chair. It's how they stand by their product after the sale that defines a company. House of recliners have amazing after sales service. I purchased a chair of them with a 10 year warranty. After 8 years i had a mechanical problem with it. I rang the store and informed them. They arranged to have it picked up mended and returned promptly politely and with no fuss. I would recommend this company to any-one!
