I've been in to sort out problems a few times and had good , friendly, efficient service. Job done with no fuss.

Friendly people but poor communication and lazy work ethic. Booked a mobile inspection for a car I was interested in for the afternoon, the mechanic showed up early in the morning at the peoples place. Not too big of a deal so far until I saw today that one of the spark plugs has burnt through. I paid 300 dollar for a one hour inspection I couldn't partake since the guy showed up 5 hours before appointment and on top of that missing the most obvious fault in the engines compartment because the casing of the ignition coil was flooded with dried acid. Either too careless and lazy or unqualified to conduct a proper pre purchase inspection. Very disappointed. Ps: and yes, the fault was already at date of inspection which a close up of one of the pictures in the report shows

Good old RACQ service,wouldn't drive without them

Called 2 times in 45 mins No reply at all

Got roadside assistance to come out and start my car. In the process the man broke a valve and said it wouldn't be much to fix so I said I'd take care of it. Went to the mechanic and it's $150. Call RACQ and let them know, tell me they'll get back to me. Get a phone call letting me know they pay $15. This is extremely sad. Not a happy customer.

Not helpful service has gone backwards will be looking else where in the future Gold card a joke
