After breaking down recently, I wasn't left stranded for long. The very nice RACQ mechanic arrived within the hour. And thankfully had me mobile quickly.  As we lived fairly close by,  he followed,  to make sure we made it. So appreciative.

Good and helpful service. Did have to wait a bit due to how busy they are.

I have been a member for over 35 years and as usual, I did some shopping around when it came time to renew my car and contents insurance. You can imagine my disappointment when i called RACQ and asked if they could match much lower quotes from rival companies, and they wouldn't!! Pretty sad really...bye bye RACQ...

I gave review.    no one bothers to answer call centre.  Reply was phone call centre.  Dumber than dumb.

RACQ were so efficient at getting to my vehicle and then actually fixing the problem in about 30 seconds.  Well done RACQ, such excellent service!!!

After a quick call to the call centre a car was with me within an hour. So friendly and helpful.

Was left to wait for half hour while one lady help someone with a mountain of paper work myself and 2 other people wanting withdraw cash were left to wait no where to sit unless Ur under 6 years old. Were also told everyone else was unavailable and we would just have to wait. The person they were serving ask her to serve us.

Received the best and quickest service from Jimmy and Henry.  A big thank you.
