Compassion, caring, sensitivity. Delivered high quality care all. But as a survivor traumatized dental care I have experience high quality care dental care from dr Axel. He has been only the most sensitive trauma informed caring dentist I have ever met!
My husband and I have been going to Dr Axel Ecke for many years QV Dental and couldn’t be happier with the service received. Axel is a good dentist, gentle, caring, compassionate and thorough. He communicates with us during every step of a procedure, making sure we are ok and not in pain. We love having our teeth cleaned by Axel! I've been a patient of QV dental since 2009 and have recommended them to everyone I know! My dentist Susana is just wonderful. Always cheerful, friendly, efficient and always keeps me fully informed on the condition of my teeth and gums and what will happen on the day and any possible future treatments. All the staff are lovely and very helpful. Absolutely recommend them for first class dental treatment!
Service was smooth, friendly and professional since the moment I made the booking until the moment my appointment finished, dental check up with Dr. Axel and dental hygiene with Basir was excellent! I’m very happy I found this clinic, I’ll definitely be back.
Have been going here since I moved to Melbourne almost 7 years ago. All the dentist's, hygienists and other staff have been consistently excellent every time I've visited or contacted them over the phone. They are always knowledgeable and supportive. Even though I've moved further away I always make the effort to come here and it's worth it.
I saw Dr Luke yesterday and was very happy with the consult. I have to admit that I had been avoiding the dentist and had not been to see one for over 5 years! It was certainly long overdue but Dr Luke was very understanding and non- judgemental of the time it has been since consults, he didn’t make me feel bad about it - very friendly and I felt trust that Dr Luke had a lot of expertise. The consult was straight forward and quick, and Dr Luke showed and explained the issue I was experiencing and how I could address it - great and easy to follow advice. I have to return for a second appointment to finalise the teeth care I need, but I’m looking forward to going back. The service from the QV Reception team was also great, booking was easy and efficient. Friendly service, 5 stars!
I have been going to QV Dental for about 15 years and have always been very satisfied with their service. Axel in particular is an excellent dentist who is a true professional as well as being a warm person and pretty funny too!. I have had a lot of fillings over the years so it takes a lot of patience to deal with my teeth but I always have a feeling of being in safe hands here. Highly recommended!
