Update: My mistake, I was actually contacted and asked a few questions about what had happened and was given a full refund very quick... The operator for this machine lives in a different state which is why it took a while for them to get back to me... I'm extremely grateful that this has been fixed, unfortunately during a time while my anxiety was sky high... I will return and use these machines in future... The machine took my money, but flashed an error code. Unable to contact anyone on the number given on the front window. I'll be finding a more reliable laundromat...
Only 2 of the 6 dryers were working and the token machine wouldn’t accept new $5 notes. Save your time and go somewhere else
Put $20 into the token machine and didn’t dispense anything. As I walked in there was annoyed customers everywhere, most machines weren’t working.$20 for nothing I guess thanks
A bit expensive. In the end it cost me $35 to do one load of washing and whites. It's literally cheaper for me to have some ladies wash my clothes. The laundromat is in a great spot though. All the dogs you could need and beautiful beach to walk on while your washing is doing its thing.
Half the machines don't work, overpriced, and there isn't a machine to give you washing powder
They charge 5 dollars for 25 minutes on the dry machine and my clothes was completely wet. Totally a waste of money. Take you clothes somewhere else
Machines eat your money & business owner is either uncontactable or promises to remedy the double charge and then fails to follow through. Take your business down the road, I know I now am
Put $3 in dryer didnt work, called ph. No. lady said it was same previous day, why no o.o.o.sign. No chairs to sit on & restaurant has tables and chairs at front of laundromat people eating. Low rating.
Faulty machines
Definitely don’t recommend using this laundromat. Machines very run down and not operating correctly. We put coins in machine and it didn’t start not to mention its expensive
