Took my Very expensive throw blanket in to be dry cleaned. As stated on the tag "dry clean only" when I went back to pick it up it had been completely ruined. no longer looked like the same blanket. I asked the lady who worked there for a description of how it was cleaned and she simply said she has put it in the machine on a big cycle. Linda's attitude was horrible she had no customer service was rude and quite simply didn't care that she had ruined a extreamly valuable piece. She then proceeded to say it was my fault as I should have been more specific about the way I wanted it cleaned. REALLY? Is it not the job of a dry cleaners to know how fabrics and materials need to be cleaned? Or even if you don't LOOk at the tag? I literally paid this business to throw my item in a washing machine. The lack of professionalism of this business left me speachless. if your local. Put your money somewhere else. Your garments will thank you for it!

As my friend and I walked in to the kingscliff laundry matt wanting my vintage sequence dress dry cleaned, there was this this cute puppy . I ask politely if I could pat the puppy and the lady that worked there looked me up and down and said no the dog hadn't had it needles. My friend and I walked out, my friend that is a vet nurse then insisted that if she was that worried about her dog getting sick she wouldn't have taken it to work in general, not only was it the middle of summer but all the dryers were on and was like a sauna when we visited kingscliff village laundry mat, if a dog isn't allowed in a car with the windows up a dog shouldn't be aloud in a laundry matt like that, animal cruelty.
