Not providing a user friendly timetable over the summer 4 weeks. Appear to be changing times not for poor patronage but for bad management of driver leave.

And why is it that we have a different timetable for Friday's.  The main working week is Monday to Friday - consistency would be appreciated.

Recently travelled Brisbane to Bundaberg in business class. From arrival to departure I enjoyed great service and was impressed at how clean and well presented the carriage was. The onboard food was delicious. My first trip and I wasn't expecting much but after this trip I decided to travel home the same way and once again was very happy. Much easier and safer than tackling the Bruce Highway.

I went to Lawnton train station yesterday at 3:00 pm to pick Up my kids after school and my son need d to go to the Toilet and I informed him he would have to wait as the station was un maned and the Toilets were closed but withi 5 minutes two people who did not work for the rail and were clearly on drugs walked over to the station and pulled out a key that opened the station Toilet block and went in to a single Toilet they were then joined by a second man and withi 5-10 minutes they left togther and then went their own ways away from the station.  The station is less than a 3 my name walked from my kids primaey school and is used every by children a lot of who catching the train by themselfs I have reported to Queensland rail but they did not respond but as it inconvience s child saftey as well as tresspassing I thought Queensland rail maiden get have done someting about this Or at least inquite about this but no.  So can anyone get a key to the station Toilets or is it only for jnkies

I recently travelled with the Queensland rail express new train gold coast to brisbane airport the train arrived on time and the train was faster than there old ones the train had free WiFi, ac, tv's and toilets. Overall the journey was really good

Passenger services used to be good, in the last year it has sunk to pitiable depths, train schedules on peak hours are moronic and according to their schedule we should be penalized for working fridays, rushed to catch the 05:02 to Cleveland today and found it doesn't run on fridays ...wait 20 minutes for the next one... If you have an alternative use it... It's time they wound this up and stuck to lugging coal...that seems to run Ok
Rip up the lines and put in busways... they run a lot better and a lot more efficiently than this poor excuse for public transport.
