This park is a lush little oasis, well hidden right in the thick of the cbd, not far from the mall. It's a good spot to escape to sit and ponder, or take lunch and enjoy the fresh outdoors rather than eat inside or in the busyness of the mall.
In the heart of Brisbane CBD. Easy to find. Ironically the meeting place to commence Invasion Day Rally called 'Queens Gardens'. Dog Friendly. ACCESS All modes of transport for all abilities with sealed walkways, ramps and lifts from the train station. NEURODIVERGENT It's in the noise and hussle and bussle of city life, noisy traffic etc! In summer full blast sunshine with a few limited trees on the periphery. Wear your noise isolator/ear plugs, headphones and sunnies to limit your sensory overload.
Nice park to take pictures at the afternoon, is so clean, You can see many people from different nationalities resting on the grass... Nice sculptures and gardens.
I like this place at night. The lights from Treasury Casino is calming then you have an Irish Pub with youthful and lively music adds a jam to your me-time. My friends and I plays PUBG and COD at this park when we have time. Good view, cool breeze and eat snacks with them.
Beautiful old park but unfortunately it's now full of homeless people.
The location is great you can get to anywhere from there. When you arrive there's a small green grassy area that you can host things like a gig or a picnic. I set up a stage and a tent there as a event hire crew. It was for gigs and picnics. If you want a nice hotel there's one right there on the grass.
Nice open space, not for much longer unfortunately so enjoy it now.
There's also king statue their so why this place called queen garden, if it's name given to it as a queen garden the council should make it more beautiful and should maintain its aura rather botanical garden in the city is way more beautiful than this , sry
Lush n green The hotel is luscious inside
Beautiful place. Right now they are building a tower behind so it's a kind of weird. But anyway.. great place
