Beautiful architecture and nice interior. I really like glass art. Good shops, you can find everything in there. I like the underground connection so that you don’t have to cross streets to enter
It was ok but when we whent through the doors the person wasso not understand that my husband didn't have to wear a mask that was the second time they tyred to get him to wear one even tyres to get him to wear a full face one he has a letter not to wear one u need to restrain your staffing
Rehab is great. Physio great. An excellent place to get back on your feet. Be aware though that the rehab activity stops on weekends and the place function like a normal hospital so try to avoid Friday check ins.
They looked after my wife very well. I can't say we want to go back but if we did we know we'd be looked after well. The food could do with a few changes. Theres a lot of older people there that would probably do better being fed old fashioned food like chops or rissoles! Just my opinion.
while I hope no ever needs their services, for those that do, they cannot go wrong by these people, they are fantastic. having recently seen a family member use the facility during recover I can say I am very very grateful for these folks.
I have experienced the centre and found that some staff are very nice, others aren't so nice at getting Back to you and your issues But the ones that do, go far beyond your needs, with assistance. They are friendly and assist if possable. If not, they head you in the right direction for further assistance, they empower you to assist yourself, when & where possable.
Very good to patients and so helpful to families too. Much appreciated . Thank you
