I am truly devastated, I took my $3500 white silk wedding dress to be dry cleaned at Currambine dry cleaners. It went in with a little dirt on the train and a small food stain on the front. When it was returned to me it was discoloured and stained all on the front of the dress from chemicals - it was yellow. There were stains all over the underneath of it which I can only assume is oil as it was black. The dress was stiff and the zippers would not come undone. I let you know it was high quality silk and the dresses worth - it is completely ruined. You state in your terms that you will not be held responsible for any stains that dont come out or the condition the dress will be returned in. I cannot believe a dress was returned to me in such a condition. The only thing ill be doing with my dress now is throwing it in the bin. I am in tears. Please dont do this to anyone else, it is truly horrible and I am beyond devastated at the lack of care and regard taken and complete dismissal of your own mistake.
