Worst customer service I have ever experienced! They get one star because I have to have that as the minimum. They ruined two school uniforms and when questioned, she rolled her eyes and shrugged her shoulders. NEVER go here. Not only was it a rip off but the woman who claims to be the owner is horrendous to deal with.

Many thanks to Sima and the team at Hillarys Looksmart. Every time I need something done urgently, They get the job done and I'm always so happy with the work they do. Friendly staff, very efficient, and I'm always looked after. Great attention to detail and they listen to what the customer wants done.

Friendly, knowledgeable and professional service, the turn around time was also VERY fast!!! The assistant was very helpful, polite and friendly. This is the second time I have used this particular location of Look Smart Alterations and on both occasions I have been more than happy with their service - I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing alterations and/or other services they offer.

The lady responsible for the alterations was very helpful and patient. My suit ended up looking great, and any small adjustments that needed to be made after the initial alteration were done very quickly. Really impressed with the service. My dad has always had good experiences with staff here years and we weren't disappointed coming back.
