I had my pregnancy scan today with Lauren and Chelsea , and I just wanted to express how wonderful the experience was. Lauren and Chelsea are incredibly lovely and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. Lauren explained us everything with such politeness and professionalism, which truly put me at ease. Sheer blessing for Chelsea to learn things under Lauren. It's clear she excels in her role. I am very grateful to Laura. It is clear that she is very dedicated and thorough when performing ultrasounds. She is an excellent radiologist.
After I wrote a bad review yesterday due to my appointment change. They fixed it immediately they sent a message to me that they could keep my appointment the same time when it was issued. I went there this morning arrived on time. Everything went smooth and quick. Dr.Candice and Justine were very lovely and helpful. Thanks for helping me to get injection done today.
Laura the ultrasound lady is amazing explaining everything to us ! Qscan at meadow brook is a huge asset to Brisbane ! One of the few clinics that still bulk bill for ultrasound ! Extremely grateful to you guys plz don’t change
Appt at 8am. Arrived at 7:45 and got scanned at 8:25 because the woman was clearly late for work, judging by the harried looking person running through reception at 8:10. Apparently she still spent 15 minutes having a morning coffee despite the fact that a patient was waiting. Distracted receptionist having private conversations with colleagues while I was waiting to check in. The woman who did the ultrasound Asian, long bottle died red hair was abrupt and rough. Was under the impression I was there to have my liver scanned. She shoved the transponder into me so hard, I'm expecting to see a report on the condition of my spine too. No abdominal pain before but certainly did afterward. And she stank to high heaven of garlic. To such an extent it was nauseating on an empty stomach. The entrance to QScan in Meadowbrook is filthy. Used baby wipes, paper napkins and cigarette butts on the ground in front of the door. All in all a horrid experience. Will literally go anywhere else in future other than here.
