I was advised by GP to seek emergency medical attention after consultation today due to experiencing pancreas pain for 3 days. The GP clinic didn’t have scanning equipment to test and due to severity of symptoms. After waiting 6.5 hrs in ED I was seen by a person I thought was a doctor but was a nurse. He had advised after pushing on my abdomen that there were no staff to conduct tests and to go back to my GP! QLD health care is run by incompetent people. If you have a medical emergency I strongly recommend not to attend this hospital!

If I could give this no stars I would. Absolutely worst emergency waiting room I’ve ever been to. If possible go to another hospital or you’ll be waiting forever. Too many people, not enough beds, understaffed. Ended up leaving after waiting over 7 hours with a broken leg and went to Redland bay satellite hospital which had me xrayed, leg in a cast and on my way after not even 2 hours.

1 star for service the staff are really rude when it comes to mental health. I was admitted into the ER for a suicide attempt and long lasting depression and they did nothing for me but practically tell me just to deal with it and they turned me away after waiting 6 hours to be seen. Never go to this hospital ever if you have mental health problems

We went to the children’s ED and could not thank the staff enough. They all showed so much care and talked us through everything and made sure our boy was comfortable for his overnight stay. Thank you

Don’t go to the emergency waiting room if you need urgent medical help maybe go to the Prince Alexandria hospital  in case of an emergency!??nnI think the Triage Nurse at LoganVille HosePidal likes to play Tetris or check Farceebook, ticky tok or YouTube’s on her phone rather than help people on the other side of the bullet proof, sound proof and people proof glass…nnMinus 1000 galaxies!!!
