The staff @ QBD Bookshop are highly attentive and helpful. This store prides itself on it's great customer service - and I have to agree they were very customer focussed.  The Carindale store is quite small, so they are limited with the range of books they can display, however, they are Australia's largest online bookstore - with million of titles available across all genres.  If you can't find a particular book, just ask the friendly staff and they will  order it in for you.  The book I needed could be ordered and shipped from the States in two weeks.
