Please put flight vouchers in frequent flyer login with expiry dates. I think its left out conveniently in the hopes that customers will forget.
Really? Flying in the circle just for fun, because there are less passengers? We have a world wide clima crisis and Qantas has nothing more to do, but producing more CO2 for nothing?
Qantas staff were extremely friendly and have given us a great experience on many occasions International and Domestic. Great food and comfy seat in economy
Shame on Qantas for trying to trick loyal passengers to obtain flight vouchers instead of offering refunds for flights. NO button icon on website for refund. Absolute shame a great Australian like Qantas has stooped so low. Previous CEO's would have emailed customers to advise on above
