Aggressive staff, patrolling boarding queues like the Gestapo to find overweight bags. I know times were tough during lockdown, but when people finally start flying again just try not to be a***oles!
Using our credit cards without informing us
Worst airline in Australia. Prepare to pay for absolutely everything that other airlines give for free even water. Would rather walk if given the opportunity to fly with them again.
Absolute garbage of a company. We have flown with Jetstar a dozen times and I kid you not 80% of those flights have been significantly delayed. We had to wait 6 hours in the airport one time with a baby! Will never fly with them again and I urge you to look elsewhere
Absolutely appalling treatment by staff who weighed my bag at the gate. My laptop sent the weight over the limit and they wouldn’t let me take anything out of my bag to change the weight, such as my jacket. Safe to say I’ll NEVER be flying jetstar ever again. The worst of many bad experiences. This is now Australia’s Ryan Air. Awful.
