Nice atmosphere Great steaks...best place im melton for a feed.

Outdoor area is very tired. Has got worse since last visit 2 years ago. Chairs have all been repaired with gaffer tape, which is peeling off. Table edges are very rough, and snag clothes. And who repairs a broken couch by propping it up with house bricks?? In fact, all the furniture in the outside area should be replaced. Not like Q Lounge isn't making money. The food was up to standard though, thank goodness.

Bored snappy staff that had no interest in their work place, stinking hot day with poor if no air conditioning and several staff when questioned denied the fact that it wasn’t working. This is not the place you’re looking for.
