I've been a regular customer until now as this is the second time I' m treated in a very disrespectful way by staff. This time I was putting air in my tyre and due to the faulty pump the tyre went totally flat. A guy who had just parked next to me and in front of the vacuum saw me struggling with the pump and tried to help me but he realized it was not me, but the pump which was not working properly. While he was changing the tyre another customer asked him to move his car so he could use the vacuum. We explained to him we couldn't and that it would take just a minute, as my helper obviously had some mechanic skills and working really fast. Not happy, he complaint to the staff and this assistant ,called Vi.....der ,approached us shouting and asking us to move the cars. Despite the obvious and all the explanations, he kept shouting at us and telling my helper that he was not welcome to the business any more.He never offered any kind of help, provided that it was due to his faulty pump that I was in that trouble, was extremely rude and far from any basic customer service expected. The previous time another staff just shouted at me because I asked for the receipt after he closed the register (may be he was expecting some extra cash????) Some staff at this service station need to learn customer service skills according to Australian standards.

Definitely a good place to fill up, especially on Monday, particularly with an RAC membership card.
