Great service centre for good petrol prices.
The lady at the counter NEVER greeted me or thanked me. The whole transaction was absolute silence. Because I am a bloody petite Asian and you are a tall white woman? You made conversations with everyone else. I am a regular weekly Monday customer yet I feel like being treated with no respect.
Just your typical service station
terrible customer service bordering on just plane rude.don't bother saying good morning to them ect. they only "chat" with certain customers.in fact they specialise in baiting customers.
never seem to clear the pumps between customers, so you have to wait ages or go inside to request the pump cleared before you can fill up. very annoying especially at peak time when there are queues of cars waiting
always friendly staff ... show your RAC card to get 4c discount. the 4c/L discount generally puts pricing very close to cheapest fuel within area on the day. sometimes maybe 1 day/month ... they do sell at way below average prices - but best to avoid those days ... as queues out onto James street a risk of getting "rear ended". my only negative... the atm inside store. roughly 1 year ago - when got rebranded as "Puma" ... they removed the "bank" atm + replaced it with a private one. for majority of ppl, if they use it - their a/c will be debited a small fee : .... i now have to drive to Bassendean shops to get money out without incuring a fee.

Got treated like a criminal!! Would not let me put fuel in the car because there was a person sitting in the front passenger seat. I thought I was going to steal the fuel!!!! I was sooooo embarrassed & astonished.
