Smoothie was hot. Asked them to add ice and the touched the cup and said its cold. They added ice as we sat at the table the staff spoke and complained to each other that we asked for ice. Rude. Also the dessert was over priced and stale. Definitely should not be sold for $6.50
The coffee is OK but not fantastic someone needs to tell the barista not to overheat the milk. The food is more "miss" than "hit", especially the pastries. Service is what really lets this place down as the staff can be quite rude/abrupt.

Great service and coffee
I’ve eaten their breakfast wrap, with eggs and bacon. It felt a bit like eating cardboard. Yogurts and desserts looked better.
Fantastic salads - including a delicious pasta salad - and super reasonably priced - staying in house i eat here every night for 1/3 of the cost of room service. The dude with the little pony tail is super - friendly and professional. I'll be back!
Pretty good coffee and food. Nice seection of cakes/pastries, and the hot food is decent quality and good price.
Great flat white! Don't get all the bad reviews; maybe the staff improved? Had really tasty coffee and the staff was friendly!
Excellent food, Excellent coffee and we were given very quick and friendly service. Good little place here at Darling Harbor. We will be back for our breakfast next time we stay at The Star.
