Absolutely incredible. Great drinks, served by some wonderfully colouful characters. The bartender is incredibly accurate when he throws the coasters on the table.
Great pub. Fantastic atmosphere, no TV screens, lovely little booths, great staff, music and choice of drinks. I loved this pub! Definitely worth a visit or 10 if you like quirky, interesting pubs with history and laid back, friendly staff and clientele.
We stopped by for a beer and as quaint unique bars go I thought Id rate this a 4. Decent service and the beer tasted great. The only downside is the beer seems a little on the high side for being over priced. I'd stop by again.
I'll give it 5 stars for the reason I had a greatchat with 1 of the locals Craig genuine Aussie battler and very generous guy, thanks for your hospitality and will buy you back some beers soon
Went here because I've heard the Sunday roast is worth checking out. They opened late big one the night before? but the roast beef was great with a fine Yorkshire pudding. The roast pork looked pretty great as well. Friendly guy on the bar and super relaxed.
Great little "hole in the wall!" Just finished a 3.5 hour kayaking trip and needed something to fill the void. The guide recommend this place so I stopped in for fish and chips alongside a cold beer. Very cool and comfortable pirate themed atmosphere. Food was amazing and the staff as well! Wish I lived here so I could return!
One of the best bars in Sydney!!! Come to think of it, probably THE best!! I love it, all of it; the cocktails, the food, the atmosphere, the guys that run it...and pirate themed : who can ask for more??
