On Tuesday 27th we came in and picked up a lend car and left my little Vitz to have a noise looked at, and the service. I said that I wanted to get the noise done first THEN the service. I arrived the following afternoon to pick it up, only to find that the whole reason for bringing the car in was not dealt with. I left my husband's phone number so he could discuss if things should go ahead and be fixed .... I am very disappointed that time was spent cleaning the inside of my car and painting the wheels etc instead of spending that time fixing the car. I feel that I have not had the work done that I requested and the noise has actually WORSENED! Sorry I must mention here that the windscreen wipers were changed as requested. To make matters worse - it takes 50 - 60 minutes to get into town. I now have to bring it back in on Thursday and wait around for it to be done. My query is, do the team not listen to the problems that we say we have? I specifically said fix the noise first. I didn't ask for the service but said yes to it. That's an extra $390.00. I am very happy with the manner etc that I received from the office staff. However, one of them all but argued with me when I mentioned that the dashboard light had gone out - he said it was normal. Even after driving it for a short time, I knew that it was not normal. I went home and fiddled with the button and the lights came back on. He was not rude, just insistent. I must mention that I have only put this on the review because the email address given on my bill would not be accepted. I look forward to hearing from you.
Really impressed with Heidi the receptionist who is friendly, polite, efficient and DOESN'T say, "sweet, cool as" etc. Similarly, Giovanni was helpful in providing options for a couple of issues we had with our car. Well done Toyota Pukekohe.
I had an amazing experience with Toyota Pukekohe Team. Polite and friendly also communications were excellent. Graeme Derry and Paul Tupa'i were both excellent in processing my car. They both give out the best advise to help you out while purchasing car. Really happy with how fast, upfront and honest these two gentlemen, while helping me with my Toyota Tank. Highly recommend Pukekohe Toyota, they will satisfy your needs with anything in regards with vehicle,insurance,financial etc.. They got the whole package. God bless
A bit late for extolling Pukekohe Toyota’s virtues but all the same I will. We purchased our RAV4 GXL Hybrid in August 21 . We had awesome service all the way through with a particular mention to Mark McDonagh who was excellent showing my wife how all the systems worked the day we took delivery. Our 1st service in August 22 was also a breeze so thanks again. We recommend friends to you guys and will be back so thanks and by the way, our RAV4 lives up to the rave reviews .
Used to be the best place and service. Sales guys are great, especially Paul. New service team???? Not sure what's happening there. My truck had the recall notice on the brakes a month or so ago. Took it in, when I picked it up, nothing... no indication whether they were impacted or not. Just see ya, Bye!. Went for the service today, was told that the front brakes are down to 1%..... why was that not pointed out when the brakes were pulled apart?.. arrived to pick it up, they said they tried calling? Only 1 call received, advising it was ready, so arrived to be told about the 1% left on my brakes and to bring it back urgently..... Not happy guys. We've purchased a few trucks from you, always been to you for our services....moving to papakura for this now
Car broke down on motorway at Bombay laye at night. Got towed to Pukekohe and stayed at motel. Toyota repaired car next morning. All good

I had a wonderful experience at Pukekohe Toyota yesterday. Jake and the other staff members there working were knowledgeable and extremely helpful and got us on our way in record time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Polite and friendly, disappointed that management decision not to do wash and vacuum siting covid. Major negative- someone changed my seat setting, small to some major to others me takes ages to reset and feel comfortable
