Super friendly team, great communication and customer service, bought a cb300r with no problems quick and easy over the phone. Upon arrival I was greeted with a smile and got help with everything that needed to be done to complete the purchase. Rachel was quick to find the answers to my questions in the office and Brett had told me everything I need to know about my new Motorcycle, he has also helped me with installing my phone mount that I had bought somewhere else on the handle bars of the bike outside the shop to make sure it all fitted nicely and held tight. Outstanding work and a true pleasure dealing with the professionals at this branch!

Yep, All of the crew are awesome, very proffesinal. Even with Hissy Spitty backfiring old girl....replaced battery and blown fusses fixed on the spot. Have to say, also the Africa Twin is good to go anywhere

I had the option to get my bike from Botany but still chose to travel further and get it from Counties Honda Pukekohe. The service received especially from Paul to get it road ready and my accessories fitted was exceptional. Thanks to Max too for working behind the scenes with Glenn. Wherever you live in Auckland, visit the team in Pukekohe - it will be well worth the trip.
