Pughouse Studios is a professional music recording studio run by a musician for musicians,
We offer affordable rates for recording, mixing and mastering, including student discounts and special deals (go to our website for the latest rates and specials).
The studio’s layout - designed by Dave Flett - ensures eye contact between all performers, even when playing in acoustically isolated rooms. We have an excellent Pfeiffer grand piano and a stack of drum gear.

My new go to in Melbourne for overdubs and small ensemble recording. Huge selection of drums and cymbals. Niko is everything you could want in an engineer and more. Super pro, great hang, highly recommend.

Recording with Niko at Pughouse Studios was a truly beautiful experience. Not only is Niko an amazing recording engineer with all the right equipment to make your album sound as it should, his genuine enthusiasm and love of music made the recording process smooth and inspiring. Highly recommended! We'll definitely be back.
