Cannot recommend them enough. I was told I couldn’t get my battery replaced without the screen breaking, but they were able to do it with no problem. Fast, great communication, very friendly, and good prices. They can count me as a loyal customer from now on :
I was happy just to hear they will book me in for a special order other companies only do basic Samsung and iPhone
Terrible quality and worst customer service. The screen replaced a month ago has cracked itself this morning. The girl who answered the phone does not even want me to bring to phone over having a look AND said it’s not covered under 6 months warranty as I must damaged it myself. Do not waste your money here. Go to other phone repairer with better quality and service.
Racist customer service nothing in stock very few options only has limited selection for certain devices and prices are through the roof !!
The service is so bad, the staff does not have a clue what Customer Service is. The woman working there, very unwillingly replaced my screen cover. Peeled again after 1 week. The WORSTservive in Brisbane!
The level of service was outstanding. Such a nice person to deal with.
Whatever you do, do NOT allow them to sell you a screen cover. It peels within DAYS & their warranty covers only one replacement, whereafter they don't want to know you. A "business" like this should not exist.
They helped me with providing a charger in emergency. Very helpful!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!! So we visited this place in Jan to get screen protectors on our new phones. We opted for a cheaper version but was PERSUADED to purchase the lifetime warranty screen protector. So both of us paid $49.99 each for the screen protectors. We also bought phone casings. 6 months down the track one of the protectors failed and we headed back for a new protector. The sales person refused to provide a replacement because we didn't bring the damage one, which we were never told during purchase. The screen protector we purchased was the vision guard polymer screen protector which when damaged and removed rolls up as it's made of polymer therefore we threw it away because you don't keep rolled up polymer. We argued our case but of course the sales person refused to do anything and said he will contact the manager and will ring me back. We returned half an hour later as we did not get a phone call but guess what the sales person was missing and another sales person did not know what happened. We spent close to $200 at this shop and they refused to do anything under warranty. PLEASE STAY AWAY from this place at all cost !!! All they do is sweet talk you, take your money and LIE on their warrantied products !!! Know your customer service and DO NOT CHEAT paying customers !!!
Excellent condition of the store, got alot of device fixed in here. The technician are so expert on fixing things, and everytime after the repair got case and protector. The lady do me a discount every time i go there, excellent customer service, and many product chioces to choose from. This is a expert phone shop.
