DO NOT USE!!!

They are a dishonest company and will ignore you when challenged.

They charged me $129 for an iPhone 6S screen replacement which on the receipt states 'high quality' yet it turns out you can't even see the screen at all when wearing polarised sunglasses! Furthermore, the screen has cracked even though it hasn't been mishandled at all.

There was no mention of the poor quality screen before proceeding and when I contacted them to demand my money back (as I now need to get the screen replaced again) they ignored me.

I would never recommend this store. The two girls I was unfortunate enough to have to talk to were rude, disrespectful and completely lacking in customer service. Firstly my daughter went in to the store to request a replacement for a faulty product. After she waited a good minute for service (they were chatting and ignored her) they refused to assist. When I called about it afterwards the girl again refused to help - telling me to use their website. She then hung up on me when I asked for her name to quote when I contacted head office. After head office gave me an email to take to this store I went in to the store with my daughter and she identified the girl to me. (The email game them permission to replace my product - this I'm grateful for) 
I told this girl that I was the customer she hung up on, and said how appalling her customer service skills were - she looked me in the eye and lied, saying that they were the night staff and hadn't been working earlier.  Having checked their identities with my daughter prior to speaking to them, I told her I knew it was her and that her customer service skills, and behaviour was appalling. 

What a company representative! Rude and dishonest.

Awful!! The girl there ignored me for a solid minute while texting on her phone, and was rude upon serving me! And it hasn't even been a day since the phone has been fixed and now the home-screen button does not work properly! Bought a voucher for my iPad as well (got a voucher off groupon abit ago), but won't be returning because of the horrible service - what a complete waste of money.

UPDATE: phone screen cracked with no mishandling, phone is completely unresponsive: had to buy a complete new one because it was unfixable! thanks for wasting my money and time

I'm the type of person that doesn't give out high reviews easily. But long before the Google review promotion was even mentioned, I was greeted with a level of service and professionalism that warranted an acknowledgement of some degree. The repairs and finished product has earned my high review many times over! Fully recommended!! Prices are pretty competitive too!!

At first I was asked to give a positive review on here in return for a discount, I agreed as the replacement screen on my phone looked to be done and all was well. Now after having the phone for some weeks now I intend to give an honest not so kind review. The screen that was used does not seem to be factory or factory specifications. It is thicker and quite noticeable feeling it on the edges also causes typing errors. My biggest complaint is that I believe my original battery has been stolen and replaced with an inferior one. I have no way of confirming this as I don’t intend to break open my phone to look but I have herd of it being done from friends and it is widely documented on the internet. My battery life is extremely poor now. My iPhone 7+ use to last all day, now I have to charge it several times a day. Be aware! If you are getting your screen fixed or phone done demand it be done in front of you so you can see if anything dodgy is being done. Also demand genuine parts because it will become annoying as hell! Trust me.
