The shop assistant Hayleiygh, brown hair, brown eyes. Beautiful service, beautiful personality and beautiful smile. She’s the kind of person that lights up any room she walks into. Went into Prouds looking for some new rings to add to my collection and the girl Haley that helped me was so knowledgeable and was genuinely interested in making it an experience and not just a sale!!
Fantastic service from Tash and Chloe as always! Always go above and beyond for the customers and give a personal touch to each sale with friendly conversation and a kind smile. They make you feel like you've known them forever and it keeps you coming back as a loyal customer. The girls always take care of me for any special occasion, especially during the Xmas rush. Very hard working girls who are dedicated to the store and their customers.
Got ignored for ten minutes before getting served and then got asked to move out of the way straight away… not comfortable at all do better.
Went in to look at wedding bands, was looked at and completely ignored. Not one of the two girls said a word. Clearly don’t want a sale.
Very unprofessional staff who are very misleading and Tash will not admit to raising her voice at me over the phone. They claim that they told me about the extra charge on a customer order but I didn’t realise the charge until I paid the deposit, they lied when I addressed this to head office as they didn’t tell me upfront before doing the order and making the payment. Please don’t use the jeweller they use as he’s not very good as he recently fixed a loose stone for me and now the stone is loose again and it should not have happened and is overpriced too. Also this store has a limit to 4 customers at a time and I’ve seen more than 4 customers in the store. This store was good when Peta was the manager there and now they have lost their ways.
Lots of stock, resizing of rings was fast and great staff.
Customer service was relatively good, however still a storefront that sells jewellery that "isn't for everyday use", with poor quality chains and links. And when you go in with the broken poor quality chain, they force you to simply buy another, with no guarantee that will last either.
Terrible service. Put my wedding ring in to be fixed. Was told it was a fault with the ring and there would be no charge. Weeks later heard nothing so I went in store only to be told my ring had be sent to Hong Kong to be fixed and it would cost $300 however the girl said not to worry as we were quoted $0 they would work something out. I was then told early Feb it would be back. Didn’t hear anything so again went back in store. The girl who served us this time was smug and rude. We were charged $250 for the repairsas she said it was now “wear and tear”. I proceeded to say it wasn’t right as we were quoted $0 and did not give them permission to send it to Hong Kong. Again the staff member was rude and said well I tried to ring and when I said she didn’t she started to argue. This is terrible customer service. I use to always go here for repairs but after this experience I will not be stepping foot in their door again and I certainly wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
