Poor service.Asked me to buy care plan for $75 and get the priority service within 7 days....somehow nothing happened as promised.Waste of time and money for nothing.

Poor customer service everything I buy ends up with a problem and they tell me it has to be sent away don't buy from Prouds as they are just the seller and when you have a problem they can't offer you a replacement or anything and they are super rude and it takes 6 weeks to recieve your item back so takes longer for the people to look at it than you owned it for
