Very helpful and patient staff. We are very pleased with the discount we received. Catalogue items look better in-store, so we are pleased that we visited the store.
The staff are rude af. I purchased a bracelet from this store and 3 weeks later it broke. I took it back with my receipt to get a refund and was refused one, and they insisted on sending that item away to get repaired instead. I don’t have faith that the products sold in this store are of good quality. If a store sells a faulty product then legally they have to accept a refund. Shops elsewhere don’t be fooled by the prices
Was served by a very surly assistant manager who appeared preoccupied cleaning jewelry/doing something clearly more important than helping a customer go figure. I asked some simple questions about studs and hoops and the only helpful information I received from her was that the earrings I ended up purchasing were not included in the sale. I tested the holding power of the backs of a pair of studs and told her that I had issues with losing the backs of my earrings hoping she might be able to suggest a pair or two with stronger backs but she just stood there and said nothing. I expected far better service i.e. better than no service, which is what I received from someone in her position. A disappointing experience to say the least.
I went into the prouds store at waurn ponds today to find a 30th birthday present for my partner and the sales assistant Jenny was great very helpful and polite. I was a bit indecisive and she made the experience easy and straight forward. Well done Jenny!

I would like to thank the staff for saving me $1,300 as the three employes behind the counter didn't even acknowledge my presence in the store.
The Staff are extremely rude every time I go in, seems like I'm treated like I don't matter because I am younger or because they don't believe I have money for big sales but it's extremely disheartening and I have ended up going only 20metres away to the other jewellers to buy presents where I am treated politely
