Probably the worst jewlers I've ever dealt with. I purchased a necklace from them it broke there was no offer to fix it just a cost for fixing it i specifically said it was to thin but they told me it was fine. I also got a ring re sized which was to small but i was then told finger's swell in the afternoon I'm no jewler but i would have told someone this information

Beware of their return policy. One hour after purchasing jewellery and still in the rose city shopping centre we returned to Prouds Jewellers for a refund on the necklace, Erin the assistant manager refused to give a refund on the item even though it was brought within the hour. I can understand if we had taken it home for a day or two, but really!! The "No refund policy" was not displayed in the store, apparently  it's on the bottom of the cash docket they carefully put in the bag without saying a word. Customer service.. well there is none !

I have always received great service while shopping there. The staff have always been helpful.

I love going back to this shop they treat me like family
