Thanks to the all the staff at Hardy Bros. I had an excellent experience. My salesmen were Jim and Ivan. I was given a friendly welcome and some refreshments upon arrival. Fantastic service given by both salesman. Jim knew his product well and assisted me in trying to find the most suitable watch in my budget. Ivan did his best to look after my 2yo son, so i could spend some time looking at the watches! I would highly recommend them if your looking for a new watch. No pressure just good old customer service and I couldn't resist the deal they gave me! I purchased my new Tag Heuer and I'm extremely happy with the purchase. Thanks once again Jim and Ivan. All the best in the future. Gavin

What fantastic service! I have recently lost some jewellery and went through Hardy Brothers in King St to claim. The staff were superb and so understanding. I will be back to purchase some new things very soon!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced , the manager could'nt care less about the customer , and does not return phone calls , I dropped my omega watch ( I purchased from hardy brothers in 2011) into king street shop for a battery and service ... that was October last year...10 months later , four returns and nearly $800 and they still have my watch! Do yourself a favour And go elsewhere , I wish I had!

Called on three separate occasions & received three different sales representatives exuding copious amounts of disinterest & blatantly rude attitudes. I'd shop elsewhere on the principle alone because why spend good money on bad service when you could spend it supporting better servicing alternatives ? e.g. All About Time, Smales Jewllers & pretty much anyone else.
