BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I ordered a case from their Spigenstore.com.au website and got a notification saying the order had been delivered the very next day and left on my porch. However, turns out that Aus Post may have misdelivered my order either that or someone stole my order from my porch. I emailed these guys about my issue and James responded to me within a few hours and said they would be sending me a new one as a show of good faith and the order was dispatched today. James was extremely kind to me and this was the best customer experience I have ever had in my entire life. Even though this was not their fault in any way, they were kind enough to send me a new phone case anyway. Just goes to show that they really value their customers. Speedy shipping, amazing customer service and superior product quality. Hands down the best business I have ever come across - I will only be purchasing my phone cases from here from now on! Thanks so much!!!

About time a proper store that cares. Had a defective item from Pro Gadgets asked for assistance and they were more than happy to replace it straight away. KC was kind and attentive to my enquiry which is foreign these days when you expect sub-par customer service and you usually receive sub-par customer service. Not at Pro Gadgets, they are a proper business with legitimate care for their customers. I have bought a few things from them over the years and I will definitely be purchasing more from them in the future as they more than deserve more business from everybody.
I needed a quality phone case for my new iPhone 12 Pro Max. Progadgets was highly recommended to me by several friends, they mentioned Progadgets were the official supplier for Spigen products & based in Melbourne - this was a big plus for me - as I hate knock off products & excessive international shipping times, this is an Australian company who sell quality products with quick & easy delivery service. Before I made the purchase I did check out their Google customer reviews, which further supported this company. My phone case was also on sale, which sealed the deal for me. Communication was prompt, as soon as I made the purchase I received an email confirming my order & shipping details, total transparency all the way! Delivery was quick & effortless even with Covid, I was able to track via my Aus Post app.I can highly recommend this company to anyone wanting a quality product, with top service & full transparency when it comes to making contact via customer support & service.
Because I happen to live in Australia the government has over the years lied to their citizens about having the ability to buy products that the rest of the world takes for granted. So when I found that a certain brand of phone cases were available in my country and they weren't only for you know which phone I tracked the place that sold them and found what I wanted. If you're one of those people who doesn't want to wait and you want to purchase a Spigen case there is a little warehouse that you will find what you want. One thing tho I was looking only for the phone case so don't expect to much in the store. It's small but I couldn't care less about anything else apart from what I wanted. Their selection is good but good do with a few more thing's considering they are called PRO Gadgets having said that their service is great very helpful and I would recommend them if you are looking for official Spigen cases. If you hate waiting for something that you should have the option of buying it straight away. The store/warehouse is in the back of this new warehouse complex you can drive there their prices are no different than the stores that sell them but I'd rather go to these guys than to be told that they ran out of stock for a phone that's a year old. If you like Spigen phone cases and you don't want to wait go and visit the store that will have a case for your phone
I bought 2 brand new phones and my son recommended I shop for covers at PRO Gadgets. I did a little shop around and found the covers I wanted there at the right price so I purchased. But 2 weeks went by with no covers. Then, and this is the best part, I emailed PRO Gadgets. They answered the very next day... amazing! They were concerned I had not received them as they had shipped them almost immediately. They helped me track them via Australia Post and I found they were simply back logged. They also offered straight away to open an investigation with Australia Post if they did not arrive the next week on my behalf. They had been sitting with Australia Post for almost the whole time according to the tracking. Soon after that they arrived so I emailed PRO Gadgets again the let them know and to thank them for their help and because the covers are just perfect and great quality. OMG, they answered me again to say how pleased they were. So few companies take the time to email or contact back. I am a customer for life. Great product and great customer service. I always worry about ordering tech products as I am not super confident in my knowledge of this area, but I will never worry about it again when I order from PRO Gadgets as they have my trust now. Great company which I highly recommend.
Fantastic customer service. I ordered a Spigen beige phone case and it got discoloured within less than a month of use. I reached out and they gave me a replacement immediately. Turns out something is actually wrong with my bag and it transfers colour to the case! I’ve ordered another case as thanks and sorry for the misunderstanding :

I couldn't rate my experience more highly! Wanted to get a quality Spigen screen protector for my pre ordered Galaxy Tablet S8+ and have it arrive before it device did for that perfect protection right out of the box. Ordered at 12:30am on 17/02, dispatched by 11am same day, delivered the following day 18/02 by 11am to regional Vic! Packaged thoughtfully, and my cat loves the box provided! Would definitely order from this store again.
