Very average mechanical repair garage. For the price they charge the quality of work just isn't there. if you are just looking for a oil and filter change or a coolant flush then Prime Auto Care is fine.... if you want anything more complex than that then I would start looking elsewhere. From my knowledge there is only one qualified mechanic at Prime (Jarrad) who charges about $120 per hour labor costs which is quite high for a garage that doesn't specialize in anything. If you need to take your car back due to work not being done properly the business soon gets fed up with you and no longer wants your business. But if you are paying $120 per hour you want the job done right. My final experience with this business was being told they would chase up parts for my car and ring me with a price which to this day has never happened. They do offer a car they can lend to you if they need to keep your car over the weekend, so that's a positive. But like I stated at the start if you need anything more than a service I would definitely go elsewhere.

The best mechanic I have ever been to in Adelaide, Brenton and the team go over and above to ensure you are well looked after. They take the time to call you and explain things and are honest in their approach. I have never had any problems with either of our cars since going here.

Never again! Charged for work they didn't do properly and needed to be redone a month later
