Excellent experience from start to finish.  They did their very best to fit me in over the Christmas period when they were low staffed, and then came back recently to tidy up a few loose ends after more staff came back online after the break.  Thank you must go to Mark for following through with with the odds and ends that I wanted done.  
Highly recommended !

A disappointing experience. Took along time for them to agree to fix their errors and Franchise owner's customer service skills terrible .That said, Tom, one of the reps, was professional and did his best to ensure a speedy resolution. Tip - get every last detail in writing,

We had a ducted, reverse cycle AC installed by these guys a while back and we couldn't be more enamoured with the entire process. We shopped around quite a bit in the lead up to this project and we ultimately couldn't go past these guys. From the friendly sales team (we mostly dealt with a "Tom"), right through to the courteous install guys - we were well looked after in terms of getting the right price, helpful product information, after-install service/follow ups - the whole box and dice! Highly recommend G/works Morphett Vale. We will most-certainly be back!

After having a gas ducted system installed a few years ago with no issues, I recently returned to the shop and was well looked after again and felt compelled to leave a review to show my appreciation. I purchased an outdoor gas fire and also got a great price on an outdoor kitchen while I was there. The delivery and setup (by supplied gas fitter) was no fuss and I couldn't be happier with the service. I'd recommend to anyone
