Professional service from beginning to end.

Reception were very accommodating with some fairly specific time constraints within this job

The technicians arrived on time. They were polite, friendly and considerate with regards our patients and staff whilst carrying out their work.

All round a very professional service which I would highly recommend to others.

Not very impressed with the services at all. After walking into their office I was looked after quiet quickly and after talking to the one of their reps I received my requested quote the next morning. Nice and quick I thought, but sadly the quote was not for the unit I had asked for . Realising this I sent an return email and than a follow up call but was told this person was on another call and they would call me back. No return call , and after about 4 hours or so I called again mid afternoon as I wanted to finalise some information and proceed with my decision. Sadly I received no return phone call at all, but a after closing time email giving me the Correct information and price. I mean all it takes is a 2 minute call , yes this is the right corrected price for the other unit, and the business would have been theirs, need not say I gave my business to someone else . Very disappointing ..

Sorry for the late reply , I only returned home form a trip last night.
I will try and explain in bullet point.

1.I walked into your store and spoke to one of the consultants there and I requested a quote on a Specific Ducted unit which i pointed out in the brochure as well.
2. The following morning I received the quote , BUT the quote was for the WRONG unit.
3. I sent back a query email and than a few hours later, approx 10.30 am I also called your store but I was told the person who I spoke to the previous day was on the phone and that a message would be passed on asap.
4. After waiting till mid afternoon that day no reply email or return phone call was received by me.
5. Approx 3 pm I called your store again, once again I was told by the person  who answered the phone that the person I wanted to speak to was still on the phone, and that the message would be passed on.
6. By 5 pm I received NO return call and no email.
7. Just before 6pm the corrected email arrived.
8. By that time It was already 2 late I made the decision and sorry to say you did miss out on the business cos your final quote for the correct unit was very competitive.

Glow did an amazing job providing and installing our Solar. Very professional, no fuss and the work was completed without a hitch! I would highly recommend Glow to anyone looking to install Solar or for any other electrical needs.

Punctual , Respectful  , Professional  , and above all product knowledge .
Sadly these qualities are few and far between these days. Great to see that principles i admire and adhete to are alive and well.

Fantastic service they have replaced and evaporative air-conditioner have installed ceiling fan and an oven for us with very professional and helpful office staff and trades people we would definitely use them again
