Cannot rave enough about my experience today with a staff member called Rachael @ Priceline Kawana! I wanted to start using The Ordinary range of products but felt completely baffled by the extensive choice of products. She was extremely knowledgeable and very patient . 10/10 for customer service!
Ok, today I was looking for a certain coloured lipstick. A very helpful employer and I'm sorry that I cannot remember your name, but you stayed with me until I found what I was looking for. BIG THANK YOU AND WELL DONE . I APPRECIATE YOUR CHEERFUL MANNER AND ABILITY TO ASK ME QUESTIONS TO FIND OUT WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. Priceline are quite difficult to get a refund or exchange on faulty goods and will send you on a wild goose chase to get it if at all. They don't stand behind the customer and they don't stand behind the products they sell. They stand behind profits despite saying they have a sister club.
Always greeted by a friendly team when I go in no matter how busy they are! Lisa a manager, I believe was impressively knowledgeable and informative when I shopped today. It’s so refreshing to come by a team member who knows their products inside out, happy to help and does so with a smile. Thank you for a memorable experience at my local Priceline today. I sure didn’t go unnoticed! :

Visited this store for a few different things and received great customer service and friendliness from all staff workig there especially the girl working in the fragrance section who helped me pick out a new perfume that is lovely! Will be going back here for sure :
I love this priceline. It has a big range of skincare as well as cosmetics. I was in beauty heaven! I like the store, it's big and you don't feel like you're stepping over other people to get to the brand you like.
I went to get som products. I asked and was quickly directed to what I needed. Staff are all friendly.
