Amber was great - she listened to my concerns about my hair, you guys were more than accommodating in getting my hair cut as soon as I walked in and she was really pleasant to deal with. I was also extremely happy with the price of the haircut and the availability of aftercare products. I would and will happily return.

I had a beautiful cut and color today! The ladies were very generous with their time today and paid excellent attention to the detail - I am beyond happy with my fancy new bob cut- super sleek and professional. Exactly what I asked for!

Cant follow standard hygiene practices in a salon environment. Employees are rude and discriminatory and when called out on it made up some  lame excuses, which roughly translated in my opinion was "This will take too long I just don't want to do it" because my child had sand in her hair.  I then called up and wanted an apology and recieved nothing remotely close but even more excuses

I chose The Sugar Shaker restrauant in a The Grand Chancellor Hotel, for a breakfast buffet for twenty people. mainly  because of the economic price, only $19.00 a head  Everyone was very happy with the variety both hot and cold choices, lots of fresh fruit, and fruit juices. the savoury fare, was hot, well cooked, both soft and  crispy bacon , very tasty savoury mince, sausages  and  exceptional fritters, fried and poached eggs done to perfection.  Every kind of bread,  jams  and pastries, to please  everyone,  my only concern was the new coffee machine;  no-one wanting hot water for their tea,  could possible know how to work it, the staff were on hand and very happy to help. I would suggest a sign with a simple operational explanation.  The staff were helpful, friendly and most importantly removed your finished dishes quickly, and quietly  The decor has been updated, the ambience, was peaceful and relaxed. The one thing I really loved about The Sugar Shaker restrauant, is you can watch the world go by  while you dine,  though the unique class ceiling surounding verandah.  Love the location, as it in the heart of the City. I will go back again,  as the over all experience was so enjoyable.

Took my young kids here for their haircut..They were really good with them, also the cuts were good! Very good service, Would definitely recommend!
