Extremely impressed with the service every time. I've had Shaelee since beginning my services there and I cannot fault her constant advice, reccommmendations and attention to detail with every service for my hair laser. The results are awesome!

I had a good experience with the service and staff each time, The last time Bernadett did my treatment and she was very friendly and informative. However, there can be some improvements with putting a towel to cover the body. Thank you

Staff were absolutely great! Very helpful and informative about what to do post-treatment. Have had wonderful experiences with Kelsey and Colette, both being very attentive and thorough with their treatments.

very impressed-terrible customer service ever.
staffs preffer talk to each other than talk to their clients-before or after procedures.
The laser removal is so unprofessional.
I had done many times before and just moved to here.
The staff did not explain all procedures properly, no towel was provided to cover your body. they don't even have a goggle but some cotton pad and a super tight rubber band on your eyes. (Yes, you can see nothing due to the way they cover and feel very uncomfortable ) quit awkward . and the laser area is not done properly either. kinda rough.

their staff told me  this clinic is the only in Townsville.
Well, maybe that's why staffs have their attitude.
for this price and service, kinda rip me off.
