Over 24 hours to return a phone call wanted to give them new business. a quick call with a..  hey busy I will get back to you, Would have been nice.What a rubbish law firm and a slack way of doing business. The answer I got was more rubbish the female lawyer who took the call terminated the call without listening to me I ran a successful business for many years if I made a new client wait more than a day I did not expect to win the business!
