Seriously injured my ankle, was going to deal with shopping centre directly-I should have, then someone advised me to go to a solicitor. Saw a woman first, months went by then a man rang me from the solicitors to say he's handling my case. Some time had passed and out of the blue the same man rang to say it's not viable for them to take my case on as their fees are $485 an hour!! And it's not worth it to them to take it on! What a joke. This is my second dealing with solicitors and they are all money hungry. The law is suppose to be there for everyone, bull! I had to pay out $100's for physio on my foot, couldn't work for over a year and the list goes on.

My husband has worked in the construction industry for many years and has had increasing hearing loss as a result of a work related incident. Through his union, he was able to have a free consultation with Maurice Blackburn Lawyers and as a result, he made a claim through Workers Compensation.  Debbie McFarlane has been amazing in advising and assisting Warren with his claim.  She completely looked after the whole process, with no stress whatsoever on our family. Thankyou Debbie and we will certainly seek your advice again if needed in the future.

I would also like to add that a few years ago Maurice Blackburn Lawyers assisted me in a work issue that involved Fair Work Australia.  With their professional help, I won my case.  Again, thank you to this very professional and so easy to deal with, brilliant Law firm.
