Trying to get them to lock in an appointment takes many a calls and trying to get anything urgent done is impossible. Then when they do come out they supposedly fix the issue and 2 days later is broken again and can't get them to come out for another week. One week later it has now had the same issue happen a third time so am going to find another company.

Sent a message in early may to get a quote, about 5 days later i got a call and told l would be contacted to arrange for a quote within a couple of days. its now the end a May and nothing.. I GUESS THEY ARE THE ONLY BUSINESS IN MELBOURNE THAT DOESN'T NEED WORK...

Got put onto this company by B&D Doors to obtain parts to repair my door. I contacted them by phone, sent them an email with a photo and description of the part required. I followed up with a phone call to see if they got the email. They did and said they'll get back to me. Well four days later I'm still waiting. You get one chance to make a first impression and they made it. I'd never bother contacting this company again or recommend them to anyone.

Most unprofessional bunch - told us 2-3 weeks, then denied and stated four weeks, 4 weeks and no contact. Unprofessional management - buyers be aware. I would not recommend to anyone. Bitter lesson - wish i had checked the reviews before I went with this mob.

They say that you can't tell a book from its cover. Whilst that is true, you can tell a lot about a company from the attitude and approach of the staff. Prestige Garage Doors don't appear to have staff...they have team Prestige and their brand is exemplified by all of them. Its not so much a business transaction as it is an experience. The first person that I spoke with immediately put me at ease and she listened well to my needs before arranging for the Sales Manager- Rob- to call me back. When he rang I was again instantly aware that he was more interested in determining what was best for me than trying to sell me anything. Rob continued to search for the most economic solution for me and determined that a visit from one of the service people was most appropriate. At this point Jessica contacted me and with the same polite and efficient way we agreed on a time for the visit. Today, Gerry had his chance to be the face of the company. He arrived on time, was absolutely the epitome of everything that the rest of the team had communicated- polite; caring; considerate; efficient helpful and not trying to sell me anything - simply to ensure that I was satisfied with the operation of the door and happy with the quality of the work he had performed. Good brands are built on the story that the team portray NOT on empty promises. This company deserves to be a winner!
