I needed a new garage roller door- and received excellent service from the rep who visited, measured and quoted to the admin team who communicated throughout, to the team of two who installed the roller door. Thank you Evenglide for the professional service.
Saturday 5pm, came back from holiday, car locked in the garage, called a few garage companies they gave me solution of $500-1000 force open the door, replace motor etc.. at last found a sticker on the garage door, dated 2002 with a number. Called without much hope because I didn’t expect there are still people picking up calls on a weekend! But surprisingly somebody named Christian guided me through the entire process resetting the roller door even though he is not the expect on the Merlin brand! This is a company that shows great customer service and even helping somebody like me who was not their customer! I definitely recommend them to my friends and will engage them for future need!
I got them to install two garage doors. The back door kept opening spontaneously from the day one. I contacted Evenglide and asked them to rectify the issue. They sent two techs on two occasions and the issue never resolved. We were renovating the house and we were busy with work so we waited till the renovations to finish. When I contacted them for a revisit and rectify the issue, they wanted to charge me for it. I haven’t even used these two doors for two years and they were kept shut, despite the back door was spontaneously opening and I had to keep closing it from time to time. Now they want to charge me money to rectify the issue that was there from the get go, as it is out of warranty by three months. I wouldn’t trust this company, the people who answered the phone, Sandra was brash and talking over me, she also hung up on me as I was talking to her. She was speaking with authority on a power trip. I’m really disappointed that I didn’t push back when the issue occurred first when they installed it. They have notes saying two techs visited immediately after installation and they want charge money now to rectify an issue that was there from the beginning. Poor attitude and customer care.
I would like to thank Sharn and his team for the great job they did on the door of our garage. I can't say enough about their professionalism, attention to detail and friendly demeanor. This was the first time we have used Evenglide and will most certainly continue to do so in future. Chris
After an initiial hiccup of finding the correct colour the team that arrived got straight to it and put the roller door up within a couple of hours. It’s all working , yay ! Thanks for the economical price for both the door an installation . T
I had Evenglide install a double garage door about fifteen years ago and I was extremely happy with the service, value for money and workmanship. I therefore, did not hesitate to contact Evenglide again when needing a custom made, tilt lift rear door for for a garage. Again, I was extremely satisfied with every aspect of dealing with Evenglide and would happily recommend contacting Evenglide about any custom made garage door project.

Experience was excellent. I got the door I wanted, and it's been in for 2 years. Their aftermarket support/service has been excellent too.
A bit slow in doing a review. We has a roller door put in where we rent. A double garage and it has been amazing. Have had no problems and still going strong. Great quality.
