Needed rather hefty repairs on family vehicle. Was quoted a price and then called by Nathan to advise actual bill came under time for labour. Shows great honesty, integrity and above all - customer service. Team were friendly and informative. Thoroughly recommended.

I am very happy with there service! I emailed about 7 different mechanics in Dunedin for a quote on getting my Peugeot 206 cambelt and water pump replaced and they responded quickly with a written quote. (From most of the other mechanics not much prompt communication). To me that shows they took me seriously. They quoted me a price but it came under which was good. When I picked up car I drove for about 2 km then car died. So I rang them up and they immidiatly dispatched one of the mechanics to check what happened. Turned out to be a lose connection to the computer. This was due to plastic clip being brittle. It was immidiatly fixed! I highly recommend them. Thank you Nathan and the team at Precision Mechanical! And thank you for a job well done!!

Highly recommend, great services, friendly and willing to go the extra mile! Very happy with this team! Wouldn't go anywhere else very honest and hard working to please the client we need more customer service like this! Thanks guys for making my life easier!
