My father had an issue with some of the interior lights in the car staying on when the cars running. I was super surprised that he was able to take the car to your garage and the staff member there fixed the issue without a charge. That's super amazing and unexpected. 10/10 for service

I have been using Normans Auto Electrical for years and always get amazing service.  The reception staff were able to promptly book my car in for a warrant and battery check, Graham and his team quickly diagnosed a number of issues requiring attention, informed me of this, provided an estimate of costs and sought my agreement before proceeding with the work, and ultimately had my car back to me the same day for less than the quoted cost. Took in for a wof. Charged for three and a half hours labour to replace a bushing and diagnose a simple fault with my headlight. They were friendly over the phone and good service, but absolutely insane cost of labour. No excuse, will not be going back.Service:&nbsp;Steering &amp; suspension repair

Very grateful to the team here after my car broke down on visit to Dunedin on a Friday evening. Fitted me in on Saturday morning and sorted problem with helpful advice given for drive home. Cost very reasonable. Felt looked after and cared for by this business. Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic service, explained to me what was wrong with the car and showed me how to fix it if it happens again.  Left the car with them for a few days and it now runs a lot better, 10 / 10 highly recommend.

Actual Service was fine. Over charged and got pricing wrong for battery replacement, more than what was quoted and reasonable. Classic considering I’m a student too. Should have gone to Midas.

Took car in for a WOF, dropped off at 10am and arranged pick up at 4pm. Asked if they’d get in touch if the car failed, they said yes. Got a text around 3 saying “car is ready to pick up” so I assumed it had passed it’s WOF. Went to pick it up and found it had failed, they’d just not thought to tell me that. Quoted me close to $400 for one bush and a bulb, parts cost less than $120 and a mate of mine who is a mechanic said it is an easy job. Way overcharged on labour. Had to wait for ages to pay for repairs as the mechanics were all on smoko all seven of them and I was left waiting for 10 minutes because no one could get up from their coffee to talk to a customer who was about to pay half a thousand dollars. I brought my male partner in with me the second time I went in and they talked much less rudely to me, proving they’ll be rude/take advantage if you’re alone as a young woman who doesn’t know mechanics. Will never go again.

I had Dean serve me he was so lovely to deal with did an awesome job on my car and pricing was extremely fair for what was carried out, definitely recommend!Services:&nbsp;Air conditioning
