We really appreciate the great help, support and guidance received from Jeff and Jodi to buy our first car in Australia. We were in a tough situation of holding only Indian license and not even having any Australian employer payslips, Jodi arranged the finance to buy the car. I really recommend Pysor motors, especially for the new migrants to hire a great value car.

If I could give it zero stars as a rating I would. I bought a car from poyser motors Bendigo & the whole car buying experience & the way they treated me was unprofessional & dealt with utter disrespect & lies just to sell the car..it’s clear that it was just about the money,making the sale and nothing to do with high customer service quality. I was told a few things & it was not so. Once transfers were signed & things were finalised,I drove home & realised the car didn’t even have the car jack,spare rim and tyre that was mentioned the car came with & when I rang them I was then told that the car originally didn’t have one. this wasnt mentioned prior buying the car which to me showed a quite deceiving sly sales approach. I constantly rang to make my point across with not having my spare rim,tyre and jack & made me out to feel like I was asking for more than what originally was mentioned the car came with. After a long battle of trying to get what was originally meant to be with the car,they finally sent me the car jack but the rim was heavily damaged and scratched and the tyre was close to bald and flat. It is quite sad and unprofessionally pathetic to have these people in the car business as many like myself put the trust in these people to get the service they say they provide..actually it was very far from it. As a first buying experience from a car dealer,iv got to say it was definitely the most untrusting ugliest car buying experience iv ever dealt with and it sure shows that Poyser motors Bendigo have a very loose and unprofessional approach with how they train there employees to deal with there customers. Taking into consideration the car purchase was over the 40k mark. A big sarcastic thanks to Randall the salesman for his mr magoo sales techniques that walked around and spoke like he was auditioning for some Humphrey bear outfit position hiding behind his pathetic concealed lying mask. To anyone buying a car from them,I highly recommend to have your car smarts with you and make sure you triple check the vehicle your trying to buy.

Had to go to Jeep to find a part, luckily I was able the get the last one in Australia. Great service from the parts team and great price.
Since you asked, worst car I ever owned and worst service ever. I was told to stop complaining as I've heard it all before by posters son.
